PROJECT : GERCO

One of the few companies in the UK to hold both ISO 9001 and ISO 1401 - GERCO are committed to turning unwanted and often hazardous waste into useful and valuable products.

Their latest venture sees them recycling television sets, breaking them down into useful materials. As some of this process is still in development, they wanted a large scale animation that showed the full scope of their plans. Using Flash we made a number of widescreen views that shows the recycling process from start to finish. This was then linked in with a voice over to be shown at Trade shows.

Designing in Flash means that the animation, being vector generated, can be scaled up onto a large monitor without any loss of definition. This is particularly important when dealing with such a technical subject, where detail is important.
